Hi, I'm Lucy and at The Recovery Room Hastings, I bring together my skills in clinical massage therapy, lymphatic drainage (I am MLD-UK registered), Restore Scar Therapy, Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT) and more, to support your recovery journey whether that is for acute (sports) injury, post-operative support, chronic conditions such as lymphoedema, cancer care or neurological conditions as well as during pregnancy and the post-natal period and care for the frail and elderly. I are dedicated to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment to promote healing and well-being.
